Due to the nature of online products, I don’t offer refunds on courses, unless technical difficulties prevent you from accessing the course.
Coaching is offered in monthly (four session) packages. You have the option to end your coaching at the end of each month. As the coaching client, it is your responsibility to make sure I’m the right coach for you before purchasing. I believe that coaching works best when clients are fully committed. Please let me know as soon as possible after our session that you were not satisfied, so we can discuss how I can be a better coach to you.
